Abstract
The Editorial Committee of HOW, keeping in mind the Annual ASOCOPI Congress, which this year will be celebrated in the city of Cartagena, presents in this issues a variety of articles, both theoretical and practical, in the hope that they will complement in some way, the topics dealt with at the Congress.
